Today will be spent mainly on the Breara Peninsula. Firstly we will have our usual early morning start for sunrise with a 30-minute drive back up to Gougane Barra. If you thought sunset was peaceful wait until you are standing there at 6 am on a calm morning. The peacefulness and scenery will envelop you and your thoughts. It will be a minute or two before you clear your senses and concentrate on the photography.

The Peacefulness Of Gougane Barra
We Return To Bantry For Breakfast At Cafe Organico And Discuss The Day Ahead. If Time Permits We Can Visit Bantry House a Must For Those would like to photograph a country house and estate. Our first stop after breakfast is only a few minutes down the road where we will visit a little-known waterfall on the edge of Bantry itself. One reason to do a recce is to tap into local knowledge and this waterfall was found as a chance encounter with some locals on our trip.

Most of our photography today will be from the roadside so if anyone wants to shoot traditional cottages, old ruins, scenery and even the sheep, goats etc just shout and we will stop. you are the customer and we are here to please!!! Lunch will be in Castletownbere and then we take the road to Allihies to visit some old copper mines and take in the view above the village.
